Every Post COVID Care facility offers different services and access to specialists. We have labeled each according to services offered: Multidisciplinary Long-Term Recovery (most comprehensive), Rehabilitation & Therapy (focus on rehabilitation) and Acute COVID-19 Recovery (focus on improved function after severe illness or hospitalization, often in-patient services). *Survivor Corps does not endorse any providers.

Ballad Health Center for Post-COVID Care
Multidisciplinary Long-Term Recovery
Ballad Health launched the Center for Post-COVID Care in April 2021, which is meant to serve as an innovative approach to COVID-19 care that creates an access point to comprehensive clinical care for patients in the Ballad Health service area who are struggling with post-COVID symptoms.
The center, located in Kingsport, TN, coordinates care for patients ages 12 and older with long-term post-COVID symptoms between primary and specialty care providers across a range of services, including pulmonary rehabilitation, behavioral health, cardiovascular care and support groups.
Through the Ballad Health Center for Post-COVID Care, patients have access to a full spectrum of services, including care navigation and care management, for post-COVID patients. The center also fosters research and learning opportunities and collaborates with other leading institutions to understand post-COVID care and to increase awareness to healthcare providers, patients and community members of this condition.

Regional One Health Outpatient Center Post-COVID-19 Clinic

Multidisciplinary Long-Term Recovery
The University of Tennessee Health Science Center has partnered with Regional One Health to create a Post-COVID-19 Clinic in Memphis. The Clinic is designed to provide holistic outpatient care to anyone who has recovered from the initial onset of COVID-19 and is seeking follow-up recovery services. The Clinic offers both in-person and telehealth appointments. Patients will have access to a range of doctors and other specialists across various disciplines.

Results Physiotherapy Post-Covid Rehabilitation
Rehab and Physical Therapy
Results Physiotherapy Post-Covid Rehabilitation seeks to provide exercise, strengthening, cardiovascular training, functional training, education and manual therapy in the rehabilitation process for patients recovering from the long-term effects of COVID infection.
The physical therapists affiliated with Results Physiotherapy Post-Covid Rehabilitation are experts in musculoskeletal examinations and functional assessment and are well trained in respiratory assessments and other treatments. The Results Physiotherapy clinics have the necessary tools such as spirometers and oxygen saturation monitors to keep patients safe, develop individualized recovery programs and track both functional and physiologic progress.
The Rehabilitation program is designed to be provided either in person or virtually using a telehealth platform.This 4-Stage program is delivered over an 8 week period.

The Vanderbilt Adult Post-Acute COVID Clinic is accepting long COVID patients (over 18) who had a confirmed positive COVID test at least 4-6 weeks prior. A team of doctors and other providers who understand long COVID symptoms, which can be different from person to person, has been assembled to help patients navigate their symptoms and recovery.
The Adult Post-Acute COVID Clinic at Vanderbilt coordinates care across different specialties to meet patients’ needs. The specialties involved in your care may include:
