Every Post COVID Care facility offers different services and access to specialists. We have labeled each according to services offered: Multidisciplinary Long-Term Recovery (most comprehensive), Rehabilitation & Therapy (focus on rehabilitation) and Acute COVID-19 Recovery (focus on improved function after severe illness or hospitalization, often in-patient services). *Survivor Corps does not endorse any providers.

CORA Physical Therapy offers two Post-COVID Recovery programs:
Post-Acute COVID Recovery
Deconditioning
Post-Acute COVID Recovery: CORA Physical Therapy is committed to treating patients who are recovering from a severe case of COVID-19. Patients that have been discharged from a hospital and are continuing their recovery at home may still have difficulty breathing, fatigue easily, and experience pain and weakness which can lead to decreased quality of life and possible long-term implications. Furthermore, research suggests survivors may be at higher risk for future heart and kidney disease or stroke. Although long-term implications of the virus have yet to be determined, based on the impact from acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), it’s extremely important to establish early intervention exercise and recovery programs to mitigate risk. Associated impairments include: decreased lung function, physical function, strength and emotional well-being.
Deconditioning: In addition to post-acute COVID recovery, CORA’s clinicians can address the needs of patients that are affected by inactivity and deconditioning. Due to stay in place orders, social distancing, and decreased ability to seek preventative and maintenance services, patients with chronic disease have not been able to effectively manage symptoms. This has resulted in decreased strength and aerobic capacity. Others may experience increased symptoms of chronic disease due to stress and inactivity, thus putting individuals at a higher risk for falls, pain, depression and decreased quality of life.

Results Physiotherapy Post-Covid Rehabilitation
Rehab and Physical Therapy
Results Physiotherapy Post-Covid Rehabilitation seeks to provide exercise, strengthening, cardiovascular training, functional training, education and manual therapy in the rehabilitation process for patients recovering from the long-term effects of COVID infection.
The physical therapists affiliated with Results Physiotherapy Post-Covid Rehabilitation are experts in musculoskeletal examinations and functional assessment and are well trained in respiratory assessments and other treatments. The Results Physiotherapy clinics have the necessary tools such as spirometers and oxygen saturation monitors to keep patients safe, develop individualized recovery programs and track both functional and physiologic progress.
The Rehabilitation program is designed to be provided either in person or virtually using a telehealth platform.This 4-Stage program is delivered over an 8 week period.
