Oregon Health & Sciences University Long COVID-19 Program
3181 SW Sam Jackson Park Rd, Portland, OR 97239

Multidisciplinary Long-Term Recovery

COVID-19 is considered “long COVID-19” when symptoms last longer than 28 days. Oregon Health & Sciences University offers the Long COVID-19 program to address this condition with a team of different specialists. After an intake appointment with a clinician, the Long COVID-19 team will develop a care plan that will be shared with, and managed by, the patient’s primary care provider. Patients will meet with one of the team’s providers, then the team will develop a care plan. Your primary care provider (at OHSU or in the community) will manage your care, referring you to any specialist you might need.

To make an appointment: Call (503) 494-8311. Additionally, physicians can fax patient referrals to 503-346-6854. For questions, prospective patients can call 833-647-8222.
